Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

to be involved in the looking for and decision-making process on new business opportunities
to manage national and international tenders in all phases
to negotiate and create business consortia and partnerships
to design the technical and financial proposals in order to apply high quality offers
to find and build up the expert teams
to go in missions on site in targeted projects
to develop the relationships with the clients
to deliver financial results and to strengthen the client portfolio

Expertise:

3 years experience bidding for Romanian public tenders / EU/World Bank/DFID or other international tenders
Outstanding track record of successfully completed tenders
Knowledge of developing countries
Proactive and diplomatic attitude
Financial results oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills with both the private and public sector
Strong analytical, planning, assessment and reporting skills
High accuracy and attention to details, in writing and talking
Creative thinking
Availability to work in non-standardized work time
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to adapt rapidly in the team and in the working process
Adaptable in working in a multicultural environment
Acting as a team player
Driving license

Education:

University Degree
Very good communication, negotiation and writing skills in English are a must
Fluency in written and spoken of other foreign languages will be an additional asset
Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools and Internet
