Avensa relies on a team of consultants and staff, fully dedicated to development projects undertaken for clients’ success. The company’s strategic approach, in terms of human resources in dealing with the projects, is:
- the technical part of the project is coordinated by a teamleader (the project manager) who is an experienced senior expert, internal or external, in the specific field, and who works with a team of specialised senior experts, all of them being sustained by junior experts;
- the administrative part of the contract is assured by an internal contract director, sustained by an internal backstopping staff, who ensures the fulfillment of the contract objectives and the communication with the client;
- the promotion of the services is provided by a team of business development consultants, who carry out the activites of promoting, tendering, negotiating, contracting and getting the feedback in the relation with the clients.
